Man, early 20s, killed in Cork work site accident

A man in his early 20s has been killed in a work site accident in Cork.

The incident happened near Gasworks lane, off Angelsea street shortly around 1pm.

Emergency services were on the scene quickly.

The site has been closed off and the Health and Safety Authority has been alerted.
