Inspirational teen Walsh passes away

Kerry teenager Donal Walsh has passed away after losing his battle with cancer.

The youngster rose to prominence after a recent appearance on RTÉ's Saturday Night Show, where he not only spoke bravely on his battle with illness but delivered a strong message on the issue of teen suicide.

Donal from Blennerville, Tralee was a sport fantastic and had received messages of support from a host of stars both at home and abroad including New Zealand’s Dan Carter.
