Under current laws, anyone can establish a 'crisis pregnancy counselling agency' and operate without any regulations provided they do not give information on how abortion can be obtained.

Choice Ireland has said, due to a lack of regulation, many rogue agencies are now setting up in Ireland.

A demonstration will be held this afternoon on Upper Dorset Street in Dublin's City Centre to highlight the issue.
