Children 'nearly being born with an iPad in their hand' says Health Minister

Children are “nearly being born with an iPad in their hand”, according to Health Minister Simon Harris, writes Joyce Fegan.

He was speaking about the lack of physical activity among young people and the amount of time they spend in front of screens instead.
