Carrickmines emergency fund closing next week
An emergency fund set up to help families of the victims of the Carrickmines halting site fire is closing next week.
The account was organised and managed by the St Vincent de Paul.
The proceeds will be presented to the Southside Travellers Action Group who will use it to provide longer term and appropriate support to the families, in the wake of the fire which killed ten people.
The fund was set up on October 13 and will close tomorrow week on Friday, November 13.
