Bullets fired through front door of house in Kildare estate

An investigation is underway after shots were fired at a house in Co Kildare.

It happened at Rathstewart Crescent in Athy at 10.45pm last night.

Bullets were fired through the front door.

No one was injured in the incident.

A forensic examination of the scene is underway this morning.
