A Book of Condolences is to be opened today at Dublin's Mansion House for Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.

A Book of Condolences is to be opened today at Dublin's Mansion House for Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern is due sign it at around midday.

It will stay open for three days.
