Bill on e-cigarettes due to be launched today

A bill aimed at regulating the sale and marketing of e-cigarettes is being launched this morning.

At the moment, there are no restrictions regarding the age of people who can buy them.

There are also no advertising restrictions on them.

The bill will be launched by senators Averil Power and John Crown.
