Queen keeps Bafta on top of telly

The Queen has revealed where she keeps the honorary Bafta she was presented with last year.

Hosting a reception at Buckingham Palace to celebrate the dramatic arts - Her Majesty made the revelation in a conversation with Bafta winner Steve McQueen.

She told the 12 Years A Slave director: "I couldn't help but look at mine, which I keep on the television."

The guest list included Roger Moore, Joan Collins and Helen Mirren, and writers such as Alan Bennett.
