Nicola admits to past style howlers
Nicola Roberts admits she used to wear some "awful" outfits.
The Girls Aloud star - who has been a part of the group since they were put together seven years ago - says it is only recently she has started to like the clothes she puts on after being made to don some horror outfits.
She said: "I've only starting liking my wardrobe in the last two years. I wore some awful things. Those silver tinfoil outfits we wore for the 'No Good Advice' video. The 'Jump' video! We had basketball outfits on with lace-up boots! And bad hair! You learn what you like and you learn what you hate."
The 24-year-old singer also thinks she has got a lot more sophisticated in the past few years.
She told Britain's Observer Monthly Magazine: "Well I hope so, don't you? Otherwise, what the hell was the point?"
Nicola has recently spoken about how "obsessed" she can get when it comes to fashion and claimed that she finds reading about new trends and designers, an actual compulsion.
She said: "I'm just a girl who loves fashion. I'm obsessed to the point of having Obsessive Compulsive Disorder about clothes. If I walk out of the house and I'm not happy in an outfit, it can ruin my day. I have to change."
