Justin Bieber told fans 'we all make mistakes' after footage of him urinating in a mop bucket appeared online.

It's after online entertainment site TMZ posted a video of the pop star urinating in a mop bucket as he left a New York nightclub through a restaurant earlier this year.

The 19 year old singer is also seen spraying a picture of Bill Clinton with cleaning fluid.
