Sleep deprivation impairs judgement as much as alcohol

A new study has found sleep deprivation slows and impairs a person's judgement as much as being under the influence of alcohol.

New research carried out by US scientists has discovered not getting enough shut-eye disrupts brain cell communication.

It can even go as far as turning parts of your brain off to rest causing temporary lapses in memory and vision.
