Survey finds 29% of employers not giving out bonuses

Almost a third of employers do not expect to dish out year-end bonuses, according to a Morgan McKinley survey.

The survey of over 500 bosses shows 29% of professional employers do not think they will fork out extra payments to staff this year.

Of the 53% who plan to reward workers, many are remaining cost-conscious by offering modest bonuses of between 1% and 10% of base salaries.
