More than 25 companies including SKY, Amazon and PayPal are attending this year's Contact Centre and Outsourcing Jobs Fair.
The companies are aiming to recruit 800 workers across a variety of areas, including customer service and sales.
The event got underway at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin at 10am today.
