Can’t have it both ways

Luke Ming Flanagan TD says he understands that the Ceann Comhairle, Mr Seán Barrett TD, regularly freely associates with TDs while guzzling pints in the Dáil bar.

I assume there is a smoking room for Luke in the Dáil bar — don’t think he would have many associates though? As he says himself, you can’t have it both ways.
