The dangers from weapons of mass destruction

News of the launching of potential weapons of mass destruction (in Korea and India) is very disturbing.

Have we become so entrenched in our habits that we cannot see the folly of our ways?

Does the spectre of world hunger not concern us, the extreme inequities and injustices of our world, the prevalence of violence and brutality, the divisiveness that is everywhere, the racism?
