JA Barnwell (Letters, February 22) concludes: "Perhaps on reflection we might model ourselves more on the Chinese who view their ancestors with real respect.
Heritage matters."
This sent a chill down my spine. I would not model myself on any aspect of Chinese culture given its government’s history of human rights abuse and the Chinese people’s abuse and torture of animals for food and fur.
Give me Irish heritage any day.
