ANOTHER lump has been knocked off the price of 12 Sylvan Bank, in Cork’s Blackrock: it has been cut from a clearly aspirational (well, obvious at least in hindsight) €900,000 of 18 months ago to €595,000, having been previously reduced to €750,000 along the way.
Detached No 12 is the last of the dozen houses in Sylvan Bank, which is off Church Road meaning easy access as well to the south city ring road, via Mahon, traffic snarls notwithstanding.
Being sold by a medic who has moved out and since rented it, the house had a surgery in a portion previously, it has about 2,100 sq ft of space in all, with four bedrooms.
