Question of intelligence

WE are hearing a lot about the unscientific nature of intelligence gathering.

This was not mentioned in the September 2002 British report on WMD, nor by Powell at the UN in February 2003, when he made his case for war, nor by Bush in his address in January 2003.

If everyone concerned in making the case for war said: “We have information about WMD in Iraq, but such intelligence is unscientific in nature” where would we be now?
