  • 2 small cloves of garlic, crushed

  • 2 tsp Ballymaloe Tomato Relish or any tomato chutney

  • 2 tsp freshly chopped parsley

  • 175g (6oz) grated mature Cheddar cheese

  • To Serve

  • crusty white bread
