Ingredients

  • 8 x 225g old potatoes (Golden Wonders or Kerrs Pinks)

  • sea salt

  • butter

Method

  1. Choose large potatoes. Scrub the skins of the potatoes very well.

  2. Prick each potato three or four times.

  3. Bake in a preheated hot oven 200ËšC for about 1 hour, depending on the size.

  4. When cooked, serve immediately while skins are still crisp — and make sure you eat the skins with lots of butter and sea salt.
