  • 1 packet best-quality filo pastry

  • For the filling:

  • 450gĀ ground almonds

  • 340gĀ  caster sugar

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 90-100mlĀ  orange flower water

  • 90-100ml melted butter
