600g fresh plums
2 tsp sugar
Juice and zest of an orange
¾ tsp ground allspice
1 chocolate Swiss roll
500g readymade custard
300ml fresh cream
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp whiskey
A handful of Amaretti biscuits
Some dark chocolate
