  • 600g fresh plums

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • Juice and zest of an orange

  • ¾ tsp ground allspice

  • 1 chocolate Swiss roll

  • 500g readymade custard

  • 300ml fresh cream

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp whiskey

  • A handful of Amaretti biscuits

  • Some dark chocolate
