Method
- Put all the ingredients into a bottle for 2 – 3 months. Enjoy in small glasses. Damsons, sloes and haws also make delicious liqueurs. We’ve had excellent results with both gin and vodka.
Ingredients
600g (1 1/4lbs) blackberries
600g (1 1/4lbs) sugar
600ml (1 pint) gin or vodka
4-6 sweet geranium leaves (pelargonium graveolens)
