Smoked garlic bread

Ingredients
200g butter, softened
Big handful of flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
1 good sourdough baguette, cut in half horizontally
4 cloves of smoked garlic, crushed
Pinch of sea salt
100g Parmesan, finely grated

Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mash the butter, garlic and chopped parsley in a medium-sized bowl along with a pinch of sea salt. Spread generously all over the two cut halves of the baguette.
Place the buttered baguette on a lined baking tray and grate the Parmesan all over.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown all over.
Serve alongside some spaghetti bolognese or lasagne.
