  • 140g onions, diced

  • 280g potatoes, peeled and diced 

  • 2 cups of wild garlic chopped, use both bulb and leaf

  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

  • 1.2l stock

  • 125ml cream or creamy milk

  • To garnish:

  • wild garlic flowers
