Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Put the pizza base onto a baking tray and cook it for about five minutes until it starts to crisp up.

  2. Remove from the oven and spread with chocolate. Dot the candied and fresh fruit over the pizza. Sprinkle with pine nuts and return to the oven for a further five minutes until the chocolate and fruit are hot.

  3. Serve the pizza straight from the oven.

  • 1 ready-made round pizza base

  • dark chocolate spread, or Nutella

  • dried and sugared fruit (candied orange peel, dates, candied pineapple, etc)

  • fresh fruit (berries, clementines, pineapple, apple, etc)

  • pine nuts, toasted
