Cranberry and Orange Crumble Bars
A wonderful way to use up any leftover cranberry sauce

Ingredients
- For the shortbread base:
175g plain flour
75g cornflour
175g cold butter
75g caster sugar
For the cranberry filling:
250g cranberry sauce
Zest of an orange
For the crumble topping:
175g soft brown sugar
175g plain flour
150g butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
A little grated nutmeg
50g flaked almonds
Zest of an orange
To finish the bars:
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp orange juice
60g icing sugar
Handful of dried cranberries
Some strips of orange zest
