  • 1 glass very cold water

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 2 heaped tbsp light tahini

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander

  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

  • drizzle olive oil

  • salt
