Ingredients

  • 250g self-raising flour

  • 1 tsp bread soda, sieved

  • 90g golden caster sugar

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 150ml natural yoghurt

  • 100g butter, pre-melted

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°C and place 12 paper cases in a bun tin.

  2. Let your little helper sieve the flour and bread soda together then stir in the sugar.

  3. In a large jug, they can stir the eggs, vanilla, yoghurt and melted butter together.

  4. Combine the two mixtures with a large wooden spoon.

  5. Scoop the mixture into the paper cases and bake for about 15 minutes until risen and golden. Allow to cool on a wire rack.

  6. Top with whatever icing you wish or just eat them as they are.
