a pinch of sea salt
1 tsp bread soda, sieved
285ml of buttermilk
4 tbsp natural yogurt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
85g melted butter
2 medium sized apples, peeled and roughly grated
40g blueberries – more for serving
maple syrup to serve
