Ingredients
50g porridge oats
120ml milk
120ml water
1 tbsp wheatgerm
Method
Combine the oats, milk and water in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Cook gently, stirring occasionally until the porridge is soft and creamy.
Pour the porridge into a serving bowl, sprinkle over the wheatgerm and serve.
Toppings
Chopped bananas, crushed pecans and a drizzle of agave syrup.
Blueberries and sliced strawberries.
Grated apples and crushed raw cashews.
Chopped medjool dates and a drizzle of agave.
