100g desiccated coconut
30ml honey
90ml olive oil
2 tsp treacle
20g light brown sugar
1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp ground cardamom
75g dried apricots, chopped
50g golden raisins
150g hazelnuts, roasted and roughly chopped
100g pumpkin seeds
