  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

  • ½ tsp cumin seeds

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • ¼ tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 300g potatoes, peeled, cut into small cubes, boiled and drained

  • 150g frozen green peas, cooked and drained

  • Salt

  • 500g frozen ready-to-use filo pastry
