2 tbsp sunflower oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
300g potatoes, peeled, cut into small cubes, boiled and drained
150g frozen green peas, cooked and drained

500g frozen ready-to-use filo pastry
