70g cooked meat, chopped (ham, bacon, spiced beef, goose etc)
100g leftover vegetables (carrot, peas, Brussels sprouts)
3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed (340g leftover mashed potato)
50g butter
sea salt
black pepper
