Ingredients

  • 60g butter

  • ½ onion, diced

  • 100g cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 70g cooked meat, chopped (ham, bacon, spiced beef, goose etc)

  • 100g leftover vegetables (carrot, peas, Brussels sprouts)

  • 3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed (340g leftover mashed potato)

  • 50g butter

  • sea salt

  • black pepper
