Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled, choppedĀ  and frozen

  • 1Ā tbsp smooth peanut butter

  • 300ml milk

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Serve in tall glasses with straws.
