Method

  1. Add the apple slices, honey, and jasmine tea into a saucepan and heat gently over a low heat. Allow to simmer for five minutes and add the berries. Continue to simmer for another five minutes and take off the heat to cool.

  2. Fold the honey through the stiffly-whipped cream.

  3. Serve the stewed fruit with a scoop of the honey cream.

  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

  • ½ tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp very strong jasmine green tea

  • 150g blackberries

  • 150g raspberries

  • 300ml cream, whipped

  • 100g runny honey

Method
