Nutritious chocolate spread
You don’t have to try to ignore chocolate cravings anymore with this homemade spread to enjoy on toast or with porridge

Ingredients
1 cup hazelnuts
½ cup cashew nuts
½ cup almonds
8 medjool dates (pitted)
½ tbsp cinnamon
½ tbsp raw cacao
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Blend the nuts in a food processor for 5 mins, until almost completely broken down.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 15 mins, until completely smooth. You will need to stop from time to time to scrape the edges.
Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
