  • 1 tub of hummus (shop-bought or homemade) 

  • 1 avocado, skin removed and thinly sliced 

  • 1 lime, juiced 

  • 100g feta, crumbled 

  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped 

  • salt

  • pepper 

  • 1 tsp olive oil
