Ingredients
1 medium chicken
1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into chunks
4 large carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
2 parsnips, peeled and cut into chunks
2 medium onions, peeled and cut into chunks
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
2 large peppers, cut into chunks
7/8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
For the seasoning:
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp olive oil (yes I know this sounds a lot but it has to go a long way!)
