Ingredients

  • 1 medium chicken

  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 2 parsnips, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 2 medium onions, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 large peppers, cut into chunks

  • 7/8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

  • For the seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp white pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 3 tbsp olive oil (yes I know this sounds a lot but it has to go a long way!)
