Ingredients
For the popovers:
225g plain flour
213ml milk
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
Oil or lard for baking tins
Muffin tins
8 free-range eggs
8-16 rashers
For the hollandaise sauce:
2 egg yolks
125g butter cut into dice
1 dessertspoon of cold water
1 tsp lemon juice
