1 tsp bread soda
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of fine sea salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
360ml buttermilk
sunflower oil for frying
2 banana, sliced
handful of walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
1 tbsp honey
