rice for four
dash of rapeseed oil
1 onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
450g chorizo, sliced
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
2 star anise
2 tsp honey
75ml white wine
bunch of tarragon, finely chopped
1 tin of mixed beans, drained
1 tin of chickpeas, drained
