  • dash of rapeseed oil

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • knob of butter

  • 8 garlic cloves

  • 3 waxy potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 250ml buttermilk

  • handful of chives, chopped

  • handful of pumpkin seeds, chopped
