Ingredients
For the dough:
475g strong white flour
7g quick active yeast
25ml olive oil
50ml lukewarm milk
275ml lukewarm water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
For the sauce:
300g cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
a little olive oil
1 tbsp honey
salt

Toppings per individual pizza:
½ pear, cored and thinly sliced
75g chorizo, thinly sliced
125g buffalo Mozzarella
30g Cashel Blue cheese
dried chilli flakes
a few leaves of fresh basil
