Ingredients

  • 250g dark chocolate, broken into small, even pieces

  • 250g butter, softened

  • 4 eggs

  • 300g golden caster sugar

  • 150g plain flour

  • 80g tahini

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180° degrees and line a 9-inch square tin with parchment.

  2. Gently melt the chocolate and butter together, and set aside.

  3. Beat the eggs, sugar, flour, and 20g of the tahini together.

  4. Sir in the chocolate mixture until combined.

  5. Scoop the mixture prepared tin and swirl the remaining tahini on top. Bake for 25 minutes until fudgy, with a slight wobble and slice.
