2 tbsp harissa paste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Juice of ½ a lemon
