  • 600ml whipped cream

  • For the raspberry sauce:

  • 225g fresh raspberries

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 8 tbsp water

  • lemon juice, optional

  • To garnish:

  • fresh raspberries

  • fresh mint leaves.
