  • 2-4 tsp mixed fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, chives, marjoram, rosemary or sage)

  • 1 large garlic clove

  • 1 egg

  • 70g soft white breadcrumbs

  • salt

  • freshly ground pepper

  • a little oil

  • natural casings (sheep)
