Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 40g butter

  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced

  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 2 tbsp harissa sauce

  • 1 tsp tomato purĂ©e

  • 100ml pasta water (reserved from cooking)

  • 1 tbsp crème fraĂ®che

  • 100g grated parmesan

  • Handful of chopped basil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 200g pasta (any type)
